State of emergency. Stella the Winter Storm. The city shut downs. New York City. March 14th, 2017. True story. Also a story on how different is human experience. For me it was yet another bad weather day. However, for the people I talked to at the hotel... for many it was first time seeing snow falling down. When I took a stroll around the block (to check how much of an emergency it is) then those forced to be out (street cleaners, dog owners) looked at me as if I were insane. It was an adventure day precisely because of the different human experience, not because of anything remotely extreme weather wise. For me.
